In 2016, we set out to build a different kind of social impact agency—one that rejects traditional grind culture to protect our team’s balance and well-being. Ten years later, Momentum Solutions has proven that leading with equity, play, and joy unlocks limitless possibilities. As a primarily BIPOC and women-led team, our work remains deeply personal. By practicing shared leadership internally, we sustain the deep, relational energy required to tackle the world’s most pressing social challenges alongside our partners.
